Here we are going to be
looking at a variety of issues to do with Health in Scotland. At
the end of 2016 health is a devolved issue for the SNP government in
Scotland. We are facing significant issues with a lack of GP's who
are overworked. We also have a major obesity issue in Scotland despite
many options being pursued over past years and we are over medicated.
All of this means we do not have sufficient funding which in turn means
we need to try and find solutions to deal with the costs and performance
of our health service.
And so I'm going to look
at a variety of issues to suggest ways we might move forward. I'd
be more than happy to receive any comments on these issues with your own
suggestions. You can either email me directly or leave a message
in our comments system on this page.

Where an Indian meal costs only seven cents. Might this be a way forward
to help us tackle obesity and food poverty? Also covered are notes on
the UK Public Canteens of WWI.
Food Waste
We are wasting food in our homes, in our supermarkets and on our farm
land. We could save considerable money by dealing with this issue so
we're exploring the issues.

with it.
