Blaggis Roll
Scottish Haggis & Black Pudding Roll Recipe


What I used (makes one large roll or cut into 4 or 5 smaller rolls)

4 Pork sausage links (around 150g/5 oz)
4 Thin slices black pudding (around 200g/7 oz)
4 Thin slices haggis (around 200g/7 oz)

320g (11.2 oz) Puff pastry sheet

A couple of tablespoons creamy mushroom or peppercorn sauce

A tablespoon of milk

A tablespoon of sesame or poppy seeds (optional)

Bake at 200c
