Today I had to visit the
Moor of Rannoch hotel and as it was a real wet and windy day I thought I'd
take a few pictures of the Moor in such weather and here they are...

The first picture is to show the waves on Loch
Rannoch and the second picture is sheep feeding on turnips in the field.

There are lots of wee trails into the moor
which if I had a four wheel drive I might have been tempted to follow just
to see what I might find :-)

Interesting signposts and this last one is a
footpath to Fort William. The other picture is me trying to focus on a
ruined building up on the hill

Interesting how these burns flow into life
when the rain comes down. On previous trips I hardly notices this burn.

And I finally got to the Moor of Rannoch Hotel

As I left the hotel the sun was breaking
through so here are some pictures on my return journey

You can likely just make out the sun on the
distant hills and blue sky coming through the clouds |
