I had a wee visit to G & J
Wilson, Fish wholesalers and retailers where you can purchase a whole
variety of fish for personal consumption. They also have their own kiln
where they smoke their own kippers, smoked haddock and smoked salmon.
And here is the owner of the business who
kindly posed for a wee picture :-)
They have two lorries that collect fish from
different ports in Scotland and deliver them down to their business at St.
Monans
I couldn't resist the temptation to purchase
some kippers and so dropped them down to the cottage before heading back
to the Green Door Cafe to complete this days update.
