Demolition seems to be behind us and Dave the builder is not so depressed now that he is actually able to play with his tools. We were shocked when the electrician announced there were 55 pot lights in the design at $95 a piece - his discount price! That along with an extra 3 exit signs, emergency lights and on and on required an extra 14 thousand odds.bringing his total to about 15 thousand so far.

We also spent some time shopping for equipment it is frightening what things cost. A hand operated sausage stuffer for instance wont give you much change out of $700.

We visited Canada Equipment a look at there  back lot shows where old restaurants go to die...
