Well we finally got a copy of the plan and some estimates nearly $5000 for the plan $15,000 for electrical, $15 to 20,000 for the exhaust system, $12,000 for the fryers, $6000 for a wood floor $5000 for a potato chipper imported from England and that’s just to start there is more but I think I need a snifter.
