"Hell Hath no Fury" like a restaurant opening. We opened the doors and have been crazy busy since. The cash register broke, our second cook quit opening day, the front door broke, our food heaters didn't work, we were shipped a cheap version of the cutlery we ordered, we had to fire a waitress, the warm air return was cold, my key board for the computer retired etc. etc. etc. Altogether a rather smooth opening.
