You'll need:
- 1 med. banana, peeled
- 1 T. chocolate chips
- 1 T. miniature marshmallows
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place
the banana on a cutting board, and cut in half, making two long pieces.
Place the pieces side by side on aluminum foil. Sprinkle the chocolate
chips and marshmallows on top. Bring up the sides of the foil to cover
the banana and crimp to make a sealed "boat." Place the banana
package in the middle of the oven on the racks and bake 15-20 minutes
until the chocolate chips and marshmallows are melted. Remove the packet
from the oven carefully using oven mitts. Wait 1 minute for it to cool.
Unfold the foil carefully. Fold down the sides to make a small boat. Eat
and enjoy! |
