You'll need:
- 2 slices soft whole wheat or white
bread
- 2 slices low-fat cooked ham
- 2 slices American or swiss cheese
- Mustard (for dipping)
Place the bread on a cutting board and
have an adult help you cut the crusts off. Place 1 slice of ham and 1
slice of cheese on top of each slice of bread. Starting at one end,
carefully roll up the bread, ham, and cheese, forming a long roll. Put a
toothpick in the middle to hold it together. Make another roll, using
the other slice of bread, ham and cheese. Serve the rolls with a small
dish of mustard for dipping. |
