Cake Mix Cookies

You'll need:

1 box cake mix (any flavor except chocolate (which doesn't work well)
1 small container Cool Whip (whipped topping)
1 egg
powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, egg, and about 2/3 of the container of Cool Whip. Roll tablespoon-sized balls in powdered sugar. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 8 minutes.
