1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup wheat berries
3 cup chicken broth
2 cup cubed (cooked) chicken
2 Tablespoon cooking oil
2 or 3 Tablespoon Curry Powder
1 cup brown rice
1 16 oz. package frozen vegetables
Cook onion in oil for a few minutes, add wheat berries and broth, cook
15 minutes, add rice. Cook 35 to 40 minutes. Cover, stir in vegetables
and chicken. Turn in casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees F, 30 to 35
minutes. Remove cover, bake 5 minutes more.
