Crust
2 cups flour
3/4 cup icing sugar
1 cup butter
Filling
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 cups diced Rhubarb
Combine flour, sugar, cut in butter until crumbs form
Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 mins
Blend eggs, sugar, flour and salt until smooth
Fold in rhubarb and spread over hot crust
Bake 45 min. at 350 until filling is brown
Cut into squares when cool
