This is my husbands recipe. He has won several trophies (his favorite is a 4'
2nd place trophy he won in a Texas chili cook off) and awards with it. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!
1 lb. chili meat ( very course ground venison or beef)
1 small onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
Brown these in heavy cooking pot and add:
1 sm (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 Tbl chili pwd.
32 oz. (4 sauce cans) of water
heat to a hard fast boil. Turn down and simmer 45 min.
