1/2 cup water
2-1/2 teaspoon's suet
1-1/2 " " "
black pepper
2 " "
" accent
1-1/2 " " "
coriander powder
Mix these 5 ingredient's together
2lbs ground chuck
1cup bread crumb's
Knead well, use more bread
crumb's if required. Pour liquid into the mixture knead well.
Line loaf pan with foil, leave enough foil to cover top of pan, put meat
in pan press down firmly, smooth down topfoil cover put in freezer till
firm, slice and wrap in 2's or 4's freeze till ready to use
