1 lb Macaroni
6oz cheese grated (I use a medium red cheddar)
1 egg
Tomato Ketchup (to taste)
White Sauce
BreadcrumbsCook macaroni, and while cooking
make white sauce. Take large baking dish and add layer of cooked macaroni. Add grated
cheese over the top then add tomato ketchup to taste. Cover with balance of macaroni then
pour over the beaten egg. Cover with white sauce and sprinkle breadcrumbs over top to
seal. Put in oven (350 deg F) for 45 minutes.
