1 cup sultanas
1 cup currants
1 cup sugar
2 cups self raising flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
4oz margarinePlace fruit,
sugar, milk, margarine in pan and simmer for 10 mins. Remove, allow to cool,
then mix in flour and egg. Place in 1lb cake tin and cook in medium oven for
1 hour.
