1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup oatmeal, toasted
1 cup any kind of fresh fruit dark rum (optional)In a mixing bowl, whip cream until form, but not dry. To whipping cream
gently fold in icing sugar, vanilla and oatmeal. Spoon mixture into 4 individual
serving dishes. Top with fresh fruit of your choice (blueberries, strawberries,
raspberries etc). Drizzle with dark rum if you like.
