Brown ground chuck (mince) and one large chopped onion together, then drain and Add
2 Large cans Crushed Tomatoes
1 Large can Tomato Sauce
½ can water
1 chopped green pepper
3 cans Pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed (optional)
1 tablespoon Cumin seed
5 to 6 tablespoons chili powder
8 - 10 Jalapeno peppers, chopped very finely (Makes it very hot so reduce number if
desired)
Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder to taste
2 Oxo Cubes or regular Beef bullion will do
Simmer for about an hour
sprinkle each serving with little grated cheddar cheese if desired and serve with tossed
salad, warm Tortillas and fire extinguishers!!! LOL
