Korner Chocolate
Peppermint Delicious
You'll need:
2 oz. peppermint candy
1/2 of an 8 oz. box of chocolate
wafers
1 c. Cool Whip
Put the candy in a plastic bag and roll
with a rolling pin until crumbs are formed. Put the cookies into a bag
and roll them until crushed. Stir the candy and cookies crumbs into the
Cool Whip. Freeze in a pan. Remove from freezer a few minutes before
serving so it will be easy to cut and eat. Use additional Cool Whip on
top with more crushed candy sprinkled on to decorate it.
