Diabetic Root Beer Float


1/2 cup fat-free milk
6 oz. diet root beer
1/4 cup vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
3/4 cup ice cubes
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend 30 seconds, or until smooth.

Serving Size: 1 cup; Number of Servings: 2
