You will need a large
skillet with a tight fitting lid.
1 head cabbage
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 small can Rotel tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 package Ramen noodles.
Salt as you like it
Pepper as you like it
Cut the cabbage in bite size pieces and spread out over a skillet which
has the 2 Tablespoons of olive oil on the bottom. Pour the Rotel
tomatoes over the cabbage.. Pour the chicken broth over the cabbage..
Break up the Ramen noodles and place in through the cabbage. Sprinkle salt
over all this and add pepper as you like it. Heat this up quickly and
then turn the fire down to low after you have placed the tight fitting lid
on the skillet. Test
to see if the cabbage is tender in about fifteen minutes. If not done,
cover and cook a while longer until it is. Serve this on a plate and then
sprinkle your favorite grated cheese over the cooked cabbage. Garnish
with a sprig of mint. |
