Grandfather Mountain Highland Games this past July.
New officers installed for Clan Douglas
Society. Here is retiring president, Jim Morton (l) greeting the new
president, Wayne Foster of Chester, South Carolina. The new officers were
installed at the Clan Douglas AGM (Annual General Meeting), held recently
at the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games.
Helen & Russell Farmer in Larne Port, Northern
Ireland, summer of 2003. This shows the Farmers at the statue honoring
those who left Larne and headed for Boston in the New World ca 1717. The
monument also honors the many Ulster Scots called Scotch-Irish, who have
followed them.
