I just had to write to tell you about this small world we live in!

Mom and Dad came yesterday for Dads surgery and he brought his recent Buchanan Banner so that I may read it.

As I read it there was an article on page 14 about a Reich wedding in Galveston TX. I read it and the names of this Hazen's great grandparents sounded so familiar to me that I got out my family tree. This Hazen's great grandparents, Joseph Buchanan, married to Margery Hamilton, is also my Dads great grandparents!!! I couldn't believe it! Hazens grandmother, Anna Dolvena Buchanan was a sister to Dads grandfather Robert Buchanan!! SUCH A SMALL WORLD!!!

Oh.. Dad did fine in surgery and he's all fixed up!
