Manufacturing Company, established in 1911, has consistently

Georgia, Riverside sells in all 50 of the United States, as
well as over 200 other countries. Riverside warehouses
products in Atlanta, Georgia; Dundalk, Ireland; Moultrie,
Georgia; Prichard, West Virginia; and Reno, Nevada. Combined
warehouse facilities exceed 9,925,000 cubic feet. The
appropriate warehouse makes shipments according to the
recipient's location.
Riverside Europe manufactures and
distributes uniforms and career apparel from Dundalk, Ireland.
Service is provided to all of Europe, the Middle East, and

The majority of our products
are manufactured in-house. All products sold in the United
States are made of domestic components and are
manufactured in the United States. This allows us to be
very responsive when a customer has immediate uniform
requirements.
Embroidery is done in-house.
Hundreds of embroidery heads are currently in service in
our United States facilities. Emblems are American made
and attached to uniforms to customer specification.
Fifty-nine (59) Riverside representatives cover all 50
states. Their primary goal is assuring customer
satisfaction.
We respond quickly to feedback
from our customers. We provide a prepaid customer response
form, addressed to our CEO, with every shipment. Any
substandard rating requires a contact by a company
vice-president.We have the largest quality
control laboratory in the uniform industry. Our lab
evaluates fabrics and finished goods using a standard
battery of over 100 available tests.
We evaluate new products, set
benchmarks for approved products, and monitor quality
compliance throughout the life cycle of the product.
Riverside pioneered the addition of a unique serialized
number which is permanently affixed to each garment. This
allows tracking every step in the manufacturing and
distribution process, which substantially increases
quality.
Our tracking and monitoring of
quality is the most sophisticated in the apparel industry.

Riverside customers.
