Services were at 2 p.m.
Monday at the chapel of Moores Funeral Home with burial in Georgia
Veterans Memorial Cemetery. The Rev. Jerry Pickard, the Rev. Paul Melton
and the Rev. Brandon Furr officiated.
Mrs. McDonald was a native
of Macon but made her home in Milledgeville. She was a homemaker and
member of Northside Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late
Arthur P. and Pearl Jordan Melton.
Survivors include her
husband Roscoe B. McDonald of Milledgeville; a son, Roscoe B. McDonald Jr.
and wife Selena of Asheboro, N.C.; a daughter, Kathleen Newton and husband
Harold of Mansfield; a sister, Josephine M. Davis of Milledgeville; six
grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers,
memorial contributions may be made to Northside Baptist Church.

Elizabeth was a beloved
personal friend. Dear Roscoe and his Elizabeth were staunch supporters of
The Family Tree from its inception until now. They were
long-time members of Clan Donald USA and attended Scottish Weekend for
years and years. |
