As thai focht agin cruel fremmit Laws.

An ti tell the hale kintra o Scotland
That thai war the anes gied the lead.

Thair names maun be myndit an honert
As thair veesions ane bi ane, hae bin wan.

An the Scottish Paurliament is cumin
Whilk 'Purlie' Wilson o Straven lang socht.
