Zoom and the Stinky Goat are characters that were created by this
mystery host and his crazy friends, some 20 years ago. Based on
fact, the captains ways are said to have been quite legendary. The
saloon, at this point in time, evokes more of a "state of
mind" as its true location is one of Key Largos best kept secrets.
He is a proud member of the Lockhart clan and by day is a manager /
scuba instructor of a dive store.
