Clan Rattray Land Cairn
inauguration 1st September 2012
Clan Rattray has some land that has always been in Rattray hands, since
records began. A small cairn was inaugurated during the 2012 International
Clan Rattray Gathering - this video records the ceremony for all the
Rattrays across the world who could not attend.

The oldest rules of golf
John Rattray Talk 30th August 2012 The signature under the oldest rules
of golf is that of John Rattray in 1744. There are plans are to have a
statue on Leith Links commemorating the origins of the oldest rules of golf
and John Rattray's part. Here is a talk of the plans and a small minature of
the statue planned to be erect. If you are intested in golf and the history
of golf in Scotland, please consider supporting this very worth while cause.
