I'm trying to trace some family history and trying to trace back to
Scotland. My father is William Leslie III who was born and raised in
Astabula OH. His father; William Leslie II married Margarth
Gildersleeve. I think my grandfather (Wm III) had a sister who was
called "Boots". I know there are a lot of Leslie's in
Ashtabula, but I haven't been able to reach any of them yet. I've
only just started looking for my family history. If you have any
information about my family that could help me, I'd love to hear about it.
