Just thought I would pass on that my
grandfather on my mothers side, James Blanchard Erskine, was a ww2
Brigadier Marine General. He commanded a regiment at Iwo Jima and also had
many other accomplishments during his career. He retired as a four star
general. He was raised in Lousiana and he is honored there in a museum
which I hope to go to one day as well as Scotland. I hope to get further
information from my Aunt in the near furure.
Thanks, Patrick Daughtry
