I have just received a
letter from the committee of the Las Vegas Celtic Society inviting me and
my lady to their Gathering/Games in Las Vegas April 18 through to April 23
2007 and have accepted it. My son Chieftain Ranald A MacDonald in Reno
contacted me by email when he heard the news and he is planning to come
down for the occasion. My cousin Dr Jon G MacLennan MD Orthopaedic
Surgeon, Rancho Mirage Palm Springs has been advised too and he will no
doubt attend the Gathering in 2007. At the moment I have control of his
Petition to Lyon Court for the Chiefship of the MacLennans of Kintail.
That has taken him since 1964 to arrive at this point so it will also make
history when it goes through, and if I have it will believe me!
