The symbology is a early Scot
Clan member with an important badge. The chain links are with the hand shake
symbol at bottom. Represents the odd fellows history! Specifically this clan
Scot badge is specific, it’s the broken or split order of Odd fellows in
London where one side favored King William of Orange and then the Split
group of odd fellows became the Ancient Order of Odd fellows who only
favored The Stuarts!
Then to the lady Liberty pole with Liberty cap! That’s The symbology of the
Scot clan ancient order of odd fellow member supporting Charles Edward
Stuart specifically! Amazing and it’s time line of this relic is 1730s to
1786!

PS
I’m learning that this medal
is a Scott badge medal emblem that translates as a Scott clan member who is
a magistrate representative Loyal to the house of Stuart, who is an Odd
Fellow. Specifically the medal was in a torched building by the British in
1777.
Writings and artifacts from the Scottish House of Stuart from 1745-1777
(Ancient Order of Odd Fellows) is their specific name. Next to nothing
exists that I can find, so little documents exist on their origins and can’t
find any artifacts existing. Until after 1810 when they established new
lodges in. About 1810.

Remember how I proved the
Stars and Stripes being origins to the house of Stuart? This medal has lady
Liberty and the medal could have been made many years and decades into or to
45. The shield shows 13 stripes and is hard evidence, direct evidence the
origins is direct to the Bonnie and house of Stuart.
Amazing,

I’m blown away here, I just
found 1708 land sales record of East NJ to this area of the medal. 1500
acres was sold to a one George Scot of Pitlochie! This has to be Robert
Scot’s grandfather! The records I found of his will to George his son the
Baker clock maker who found the Scot’s lodge during the 45 in Edinburgh.
Wow, this is going to be a wild ride with this project.
PPPPS
Correction, the piece had to
be made before the 45. Would have belonged to George of Pitlochie, sons a
brother to Robert Scot’s dad George.
