2 large onion
2 Bell peppers, diced
3 Tablespoon fat
1 pound hamburger
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 uncooked minute rice
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cook onions and pepper slowly in fat, add
hamburger, fry until mixture falls apart. Add tomatoes, rice, seasoning
mix. Put in large greased casserole, cover, bake 375 degrees F. 45 min. |
