Scalloped
Chicken |
1 pint cooked cup up chicken
1 pint chicken broth
1 Cup whole milk
1 Tablespoon flour
2 Tablespoon butter
few shakes pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 Cup cut up celery
6 crushed soda crackers for crumbs
Mix chicken, broth, milk, flour and butter together. Combine pepper,
salt, sage, celery, and cracker crumbs and place in bottom of pan. Add
chicken mixture. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 375 degrees F. Until
lightly browned. |
