1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 pound boneless round or chuck steak
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup minced onion
Trim excess fat from steak, mix wine with
remaining ingredients, pour over steak, refrigerate and let marinate,
turning several times for about 6 hours. Broil over hot charcoal
until done, or as much as desired, brushing often with marinade. Slice
thin. Makes 8 servings. |
