Chicken Casserole
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup cooked chicken
1 cup celery (slightly cooked)
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup Hellman's mayonnaise mixed with 1 small can water or use chicken
broth)
1 can chestnuts cut to small pieces
Mix the above ingredients together in a baking dish. Top with crushed
potato chips. Or if you like you can line pan with a sage dressing you
have made and use it on top. Bake at 350 degrees F. about forty-five
minutes
