Crunchy Tuna
Bake |
2 cans (3 oz. pack) French onions
2 cans (6 1/2 oz. tuna, drained, flaked
1 can (16 oz.) cut green beans.
1 can (8 oz water chestnuts) drained and cut
1 can (10 3/4 oz. condensed cream of cheddar soup
1/4 cup milk
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Reserve 1/4 cup onions, mix remaining onions, beans, tuna, and
chestnuts. Mix soup, milk, mayonnaise, curry powder, fold into tuna mix.
Put in ungreased 2 quart casserole. cover, bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle
with remaining onions, replace in oven, bake 5 minutes more. |
