1 pound fish or frozen
2 or 3 Tablespoons creamy Italian of Ranch style salad dressing
1/2 cup potato chips, crushed
1/4 cup shredded American cheese (1 oz)
Thaw, arrange fish in 8x8" baking
dish thick pieces toward the edge. Spoon salad dressing over fish.
Spread potato chips over fish. Cook 100 % power four or seven minutes or
until fish flakes with fork. Give dish 1/2 turn, sprinkle with cheese.
Cook on high 30 to 60 seconds until cheese melts. |
