Flood's Recipes Breasts of
Chicken with Rice
1 1/2 cup quick cooking rice
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 package dry onion soup
1 jar (small) chopped pimientos
1/4 cup cooking sherry
1 1/2 cup boiling water
Mix the above ingredients together. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter
sprinkled with salt, pepper and paprika. Put chicken on top of rice
mixture. Bake about one hour at 350 degrees F. Cover with foil the last
twenty minutes.
