Flood's Recipes
Barbecue Chicken |
2 large boned, skinned chicken
salt and pepper, paprika (as you like it)
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup ketchup
1 Tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 small onion chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
1 1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Place in oven safe pan, salt and pepper. Mix above ingredients, pour
over. Simmer on top of stove for ten minutes. Place in oven, 400 degrees
F. Cover, Bake about twenty minutes. |
