Words are like explosions.
Or are they like implosions?
Ker-rash! Kah-boom!
Let me out, give me room,
Some seem to speak to you.
Well, even more than a few.
I’m thinking of one in particular
My sweet little lady or fine sir!
The word in my mind is, “abstract.”
For all the world you cannot rack,
Your brain to see what it is,
Because, you see, it does mean,
You cannot see the abstract dream.
You can’t touch the thing,
Can’t hear it ring,
Or wish for it to spark,
Even in the dark.
Abstract is like math,
Two times two is a path.
A problem, the eyes, cannot see;
Is it 2 apples, pears, or something, free?
Abstract has no body to grow fat,
Imagine that!
You cannot see it, or know inside the Pod,
Rather, it is something, like God. |
