Dave DiNacola our builder of choice had worked at our Burnhamthorpe restaurant; he is now an outstanding carpenter.

He is very reliable so I didn't worry when 2 or 3 messages left on his machine went unanswered; I was flabbergasted when my 4th call found him on a golf course in Bermuda (the wonders of call forwarding). No prob he was returning next day having completed his work on a mansion there. We've been tortured trying to find a suitable Designer/Architect but finally found Wendy Edwards a neighbor in Niagara on the Lake we were lucky to get her.

Work progressed with clearing of the debris. We hired an engineer to design the exhaust system and started looking at equipment

In between running around and looking after our guests at the B&B I found time to bring home the bacon.
