In 2008 we are celebrating 500 years of Scottish print culture. A range of local events and initiatives across Scotland throughout the year is planned, exploring the printing heritage of Scotland, once printer to the world. It will be to make it possible to see everything from the first printed Chepman and Myllar book to a modern day printing press.
